Unfortunately, you can't. This will change with the next version. The
patch editing abilities of Moray are rather limited in comparison to
either sPatch or Hamapatch. I think if you're going to do a lot of
bezier modelling, you might be better of with Hamapatch at the moment.
There is an sPatch export filter plugin that allows you to transfer
the patch to Moray after you're done in sPatch. Not sure about
Hamapatch....
